HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION WITH US?

Hotel/ Pension Reservation / WE GUARANTEE THE SAME PRICES AS THE RACK RATES BUT MOST OF OUR PRICE OFFERS ARE MUCH LOWER THAN THE HOTEL’S PRICES. JUST COMPARE IT!!!

Online booking – if the hotel is bookable online (the rooms are guaranteed available for the request period) please fill in the booking form of the hotel with your contact and with your credit card details. We charge 20 % from the whole amount of your accommodation as a reservation fee. After the successful transaction we will immediately email you your Voucher which proves your final reservation with the special price and the calculation. The rest of the payment will be settled upon arrival in the hotel in Budapest.

On – request booking – if you like the hotel but it is not bookable online we will send you an answer whether it is available by email. Please fill in the particular booking form or just can send us your request with the date of your stay, no. of persons, what kind of rooms would you like to reserve and what is your budget. According these information we will send you the most suitable accommodation offer as soon as possible, but max. within 24 hours. If you decide to book your accommodation with us we will email you the booking form. Please fill it in with your credit card details. We charge 20% from the whole amount of your accommodation as a reservation fee. The rest of the payment will be settled upon arrival in the hotel in Budapest. Naturally, if you do not have a credit card you can pay by bank transfer as well.

Apartment Reservation / THE PRICES ARE FINAL INCLUDING TAXES & THE CLEANING SERVICE, USAGE OF BEDCLOTHES AND TOWELS. WE GUARANTEE THE SAME PRICES AS THE RACK RATES BUT MOST OF OUR PRICE OFFERS ARE MUCH LOWER THAN THE APARTMENT’S PRICES. JUST COMPARE IT!!!

Online Apartment reservation – if the apartment is bookable online (the apartment is guaranteed available for the request period) please fill in the booking form of the apartment with your contact and with your credit card details.To make your fix reservation we have only one simple requirement which is a GUARANTEE OF THE 1ST NIGHT BY CREDIT CARD - to arrange your fix reservation we will only authorise (NOT CHARGE!!!) the 1st night amount (except the Top seasons when we authorise the whole payment) and immediately confirm your fix reservation. By this way you can pay upon your arrival in cash in HUF or in EUR. We will charge the 1st night amount only in case of cancellation. Please check our cancellation policy. Naturally in some cases you can pay by credit card as well but most of our partners require cash payment.
