Modern 45 m2; two-rooms central apartment. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a fold-out sofa in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, coffeemaschine,toaster,electric oven, plates, knives and forks, etc.), there are a cable TV and dining corner in the living room washing machine. Toilet in a separate room.
Cleaning:
The flats are clean at the arrival, this is free of charge. If the flats are not in the same condition at the departure as at the arrival, we charge an extra cleaning (10 - 40 EUR).
Extra cleaning for request 2000.- Ft/8 EUR
We offer you a free of charge cleaning in case of minimum 7 or longer stay/week.
Every flats are fully equipped to clean it individual (vacuum cleaner etc..)

in Király utca/street 32. is located one underground garage, price: 10 EUR/day (please reserve it at the booking of the flat, we have few parking places than flats; payment is in the apartment)
